How long does installation take?
Installation usually takes 1–3 days, depending on the model and user readiness. For desktop models like the LM-M100D, setup can be completed quickly with basic training.
Do you provide training for new users?
Yes. We provide online and on-site training, including:
Basic operation
Printing software
Powder handling and safety
Post-processing and maintenance
Training materials and video tutorials are also available.
Is it difficult to operate the machine?
No. Our software is designed for ease of use, even for beginners. After basic training, most users can complete their first print confidently. Advanced users can access expert-level settings for more control.
What environment is required to install the machine?
You need a clean, ventilated room with:
Stable power supply (220V or 380V)
Protective gas (argon or nitrogen) source
Space for powder handling and filter systems
Humidity should be controlled for optimal powder performance.
